Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Alaska and Hawaii are available at an additional charge. Rates will be provided separately.

 

Processing Time

All of our products are made to order for each customer. Processing times may vary. Current processing time is 4-6 weeks.

 

Returns and Exchanges

-Element Wood Design gladly accepts returns and cancellations. 

-Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. 

-Cancellations must be requested within 3 days of purchase

-A 20% return fee will be applied to the refund

 

Conditions of Returns

-Custom orders are not eligible for return unless damaged during shipping. 

-Customer is responsible for re-packing and return shipping of table.

-Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery.

-Product must be returned in original condition. Customer is responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.

-Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the product
